36"x24" Plasma Cutter - Water Table Conversion Kit - Edge Clamp

Our new plasma table is simple to weld together and bolt on a common 36"x24" steel service cart. Then seal up the top shelf, add water, along with the included wave break... and now you have the best roll-around water table for your hand held plasma cutter! 6 gallons gives 1 1/2" of water with 5 1/2" of air space which minimizes splashing while containing the mess. We also include an adjustable clamp to hold our Plasma Stencils or straight edges. The edge clamp style uses a 3D printed spacer, 1/8" for our table and other thickness up to 9/16". The weld post/fixture table style has a 5/8" post and we include a bushing to weld to our plasma table.

• Weld our kit together, then bolt onto your 36"x24" service cart (NOT included). Seal it up, add water and then you will have the best plasma table roll-around available. Actual outside dimensions of finished table and cart are 35.75”L x 23.75”W x 35.5"H.
• *NOT* included: Service Cart or Plasma Cutter - Requires Harbor Freight #62587 - 36"x 24" service cart, will potentially work with other brands - Includes: plasma table ends, 4" flat-bar sides, cutting slats, long reach clamp, wave break, (6) cord holders, drain plug & new hardware.
• Clamp option - 5/8" post for fixture/weld tables. Edge clamp style for our table & standard fab. tables up to 9/16" thick. The clamp is perfect for holding our Plasma Stencils and straight edges.
• Cutting slats are 1/8" x 1 1/2" flat bar. 6 gallons of water leaves 5 1/2" of air space to limit splash back. The included wave break also prevents splashing when rolling around.
