Mixing Performance
I use it to make home made mashed potatoes! It makes the potatoes light and fluffy! prefect!
Ease of Cleaning
So easy to clean! Just a little soapy water and its done! If any food gets on or in it, the food just comes right off with a little water! I don't have anything in my kitchen that is easier to clean that my mixer!
Ease of Use
very light vibrations, and light weight! My youngest son at age 2 was learning how to use it and he did not have any problems with it! It is a lot easier to use than the old hand held masher!
Design
Not only does it work really good but it is compact enough to put anywhere! I have had it in the drawers with my silverware, also hung by a nail on my wall! I love it!
